What is the usual MOQ?
Most first orders start around 300, 500 or 1000 pcs depending on the packaging item, supplier and print method.
Can I combine different packaging items?
Yes. Packaging sets are often easier to quote than a single item because stickers, cards, tags, pouches and mailers can be compared together.
Do you provide samples?
Sample or pre-production confirmation is recommended before bulk production. Sample timing and cost depend on material, print method and supplier.
What artwork file do you need?
AI, PDF, EPS, PSD or high-resolution PNG/JPG files are preferred. If artwork is not ready, send a logo and rough reference first.
Can you help with simple mockups?
Yes, simple mockup direction can be discussed before supplier quotation, but final production files still need artwork confirmation.
How long does production take?
Many light packaging items take about 7-18 business days after sample or artwork approval. Timing is confirmed per supplier.
Is shipping included?
